As of January 2007 we became regiserted members of The Search Code. For further information about the code please click on the link below
On 29 September 2006, the Search Code was introduced delivering quality standards across the private property search industry.
The Search Code provides protection for homebuyers, sellers, conveyancers and mortgage lenders, who rely on the information included in property search reports undertaken on residential property within the United Kingdom.

COPSO Council of Property Search Organisation
From March 2006 we have become members of The Council of Property Search Organisations (CoPSO). Which is the major trade association for the property search industry.

Home Information Packs (HIPS)
The long-awaited announcement of the Home Information Pack (HIPS) "Go-Live" date has been confirmed by the Office of the Deputy prime Minster (ODPM) as 1st June 2007.
